岗位职责：开发中心对软件需求的一个正式管理模式；实行与硬件基础架构团队的密切合作；开发并对可用软件实施评价，以应对凤凰客户群的需要；增强和发展复杂软件管道的顺利运作；建立并维护最新版本的中心运作所需的外部数据库；提供高度的用户支持并维护用户的满意度。
任职要求：
学位：计算机学科或相关领域；至少有三年的软件部署和优化的工作经验；三年以上linux环境的工作经验，熟悉工作调度和资源共享工具
为人正直、可靠和细致；工作时间和工作技能较灵活；可同时处理多项任务；具有良好的组织与共同能力；具有linux系统上复杂软件包的安装和管理经验；熟知现代软件工具，如galaxy, hadoop, docker者优先；熟悉rdbms；具有solr索引系统经验者优先；熟悉至少一种编程语言，如java, c/c++；具有脚本语言的经验，如perl, shell, 或 python；具有web服务器和cms理论的管理经验。
responsibilities
• develop a fmal management model f the software needs of the center
• implement the model in close collabation with the hardware infrastructure team
• develop  implement evaluation plans f available software in response to needs of the phoenix user base
• contribute to the development  smooth operation of complex software pipelines
• install  maintain up to date versions of external databases required f operation of the center
• provide highly responsive user suppt  maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
qualifications
• a degree in computer science  related field
• at least three years experience in software deployment  optimization
• at least three years experience with linux environment, familiar with job dispatching  resource sharing tools.

• experience in installation  management of complex software packages on linux systems
• knowledge of modern software tools like galaxy, hadoop, docker is a strong plus

• experience in maintenance of domain specific software applications, f example mascot, maxquant, r, cytoscape, is a strong plus
• knowledge of at least one programming language like java, c/c++ 
• experience in ing languages, such as perl, shell,  python
• experience in management of web servers (tomcat)  ideally cms like drupal.
